Welcoming a new patient is one of our favorite parts of the job, and we want your first visit to feel easy from the start. When you arrive, expect a relaxed pace — our team takes the time to actually get to know you and your pet, not just run through a checklist.
If you’re switching from another vet, bring along any prior medical records if you have them — it helps us pick up right where your pet’s care left off. Come with questions, too; a first visit is a great time to ask anything that’s been on your mind about your pet’s health. Walk-ins are always welcome, though we recommend calling ahead when you can so we’re ready for you.
